We want to make the process as simple as possible and help you submit your jobs with ease. Below you will find some handy documents that you are able to download along with a guide on how the submit projects to 64Carbon. Also a timeframe of the processing of projects and funds.

Document Checklist
Submitting Projects to 64Carbon…
When your project is complete and you have all associated documentation ready to submit for payment please follow these steps.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY JOBS SUBMITTED NOT CONTAINING ALL INFORMATION NEEDED WILL BE REJECTED AND NEED TO BE SUBMITTED AGAIN

This folder can then be used each week to submit work.
2. FILES
Each new submission will then require its own folder within the master folder we have access to. Please name these by the property name.
E.g “64 High Street”
Within this folder should contain all photos and documents required to submit the job.
Any folders with missing documents will be deleted and rejected. Please retain your master copies and only submit duplicates.
3. SUBMIT DETAILS
Once ready to submit all of the details please visit:
https://64carbon.co.uk/submit/
And submit all of the details through our portal for the project. Please be thorough and include all required information. This will help speed up the processing and ensure a speedy payment.
4. IN-HOUSE CHECK
Our team will recieve a notification of your submitted project and visit the dropbox folder to download the documents to accompany the submission.
We internally check all documents are correct and present before processing the project.
Deadlines & Processing Timeline
ALL JOBS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 4PM WEDNESDAY EACH WEEK TO BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT RUN.
The below will give you a rough timeline of the processing of projects and expected payment. This is a guide and may change subject to banking and unforseen processing issues.
1. Submit to 64
Submit your project to 64Carbon no later than 4pm on Wednesday
2. Review
Each Thursday/Friday we review all submitted jobs and start to process them.
3. Utility Check
Tuesday/ Wednesday the utility company checks the validity and submits.
4. Approval
On Thursday we are notified of successful projects.
5. Funding
We receive funding of all submissions on the following Tuesday/Wednesday and process for payment to our partners by the end of the week.
